Stephanie has extensive experience within the fashion industry having worked as a Senior Recruiter and Headhunter with two of the most respected specialist fashion recruitment agencies in the world. She began her career with the London based consultancy, Denza International, where she was responsible for design recruitment across womenswear, knit, accessories and lingerie.

Following 6 years with Denza, Stephanie went on to join the American talent resourcing agency, 24 Seven, where she launched the design recruitment division of their first European office, based in London.

During her career within recruitment, Stephanie has placed Designers – from graduates through to Creative Directors – in high profile roles across the globe. Her client base spanned the UK, Europe, the Far East and the USA, and ranged from suppliers and high street retailers, to brands and luxury couture houses. Successful relationships were forged with companies such as Top Shop, Louis Vuitton, River Island, Pringle, Burberry, DKNY, Pentland Brands, Lulu Guiness, and Warehouse, to name a few.

The experience of working with some of the most influential Design Directors, HR and Recruitment Managers, has provided Stephanie with an in depth understanding of what companies expect of Designers, and of how Designers can present themselves to secure their dream job.

Stephanie holds a BA Honours in Fashion Design & Marketing from the University of Northumbria, and also has a BTEC Diploma in Fashion Design.
