CREATION OF A PERSONAL ACTION PLAN
Following the appointment, each individual will receive a comprehensive 'action plan', providing a task list of activities that are designed to put them on the
right path to finding a role within the industry. Everyone also receives organisational tools which are designed to make the job search process more manageable.
FREE HELP DESK SERVICE
Email and phone support for 3 months following the consultation, designed to provide an ongoing 'mentor' relationship throughout the job hunting process.
Designers may call or email at any time they have a query – for instance, feedback on a project they have completed for their portfolio, advice on negotiating
a job offer, help with networking, and so on..
Appointments are usually here at The Fashion Careers Clinic in Holborn. However we can meet you at another location, upon request (zones 1-2 only).
This is useful if you are currently in employment and need to see us during your lunch break or immediately after work – we can meet you at a convenient
place near your office or studio.
Appointments are between 8.30am – 7.30pm from Monday to Friday Weekend appointments by special request
HELP DESK (advice and support via phone and email)
We realise that some individuals may not require a full one to one consultation, however they might need advice on a particular topic, or
sometimes it’s just good to have someone on hand to answer general questions about the search process.
Other individuals may not be able to attend a face to face consultation in London due to their location, however anyone can benefit from our
advice by subscribing to the Help Desk service.
