Employer: HANNAH CATHERINE
Role: Design Assistant - Internship
Location: Sheffield, UK
This is an opportunity for anyone interested in experience in the fashion industry (or possibly considering future self-employment and starting their own business).
After an incredible first year since the launch of the Hannah Catherine label selling in various boutiques across the UK, I have been awarded grant funding to open my own boutique at the end of this year.
I am therefore looking for a reliable, responsible, intelligent design assistant to help me in the studio in the lead up to this (based in Sheffield). This role would involve everything from design to PR to aiding manufacture, though if you have a preference we can mould the position to suit you. This should be an enjoyable job where you can develop your skills and gain insight for you own career ..plus help me in the process! :)
Although this is as yet an unpaid position, it is my full intention to offer full or part-time employment once the boutique is ready. Hopefully I will have found someone I can trust who may wish to manage the Hannah Catherine store if they wish.
There will be benefits and job perks thrown in wherever possible and hopefully this should be a fun, challenging and rewarding role. It is a really exciting time for me and I'm looking for someone I can share the buzz of developing the company with!
The position is available as soon as possible and for a negotiable length of time depending what would suit you. Hours are flexible and also negotiable to fit around any other projects you may be working on.
If this sounds at all interesting to you then please get in touch and email me for more information (hl@hannahcatherine.com) or visit my website www.hannahcatherine.com for a better idea of the label. Would love to meet you and see if this sounds like something you would enjoy doing...
